Hi! I’m M.B. Wilde, an up-and-coming writer, book lover, and all-around storyteller. Books have always been a huge part of my life—my escape, my inspiration, and my connection to the world. I’ve spent countless hours diving into other people’s stories, and now I’m working on creating one of my own!
Right now, I’m in the middle of writing my debut novel, a journey that’s as challenging as it is exciting. This blog also comes from a deeply personal place. I recently made the tough decision to step back from teaching due to my ongoing chronic illness. It hasn’t been easy, but books have always been my safe haven—a source of comfort, joy, and hope when things get tough. I know I’m not alone in this, and I want WildeWrites to be a place where others—whether they’re living with chronic illness or just looking for a good story—can feel that same sense of connection and comfort.
My goal is to build a community of readers and writers who share a love for stories and the worlds they create.
